Changes and Improvements

1 hour restriction to re-join a guild.  (Was added in a prior update and is currently active)

Guild Master permission cannot be transferred during cool time of Guild skills.

Siege weapon has 300% increased performance.

Urgent Recall skill has been reactivated.

If Guild Urgent Recall acceptance UI has opened before re-starting another round of WoE, it will be closed automatically when it starts new round.

Item Preview Function: Items with “Ctrl:Preview” text on item description will show a preview of what they look like worn when Ctrl is pressed
